Dining Services has launched a new Market Basket Program to accommodate the food service needs of student organizations and campus offices at the University.
"The Market Basket Program is yet another service that Dining Services is glad to offer to the University Community," John Brady, Dining and Conference Services, said. "I am very excited about the program, and I hope our customers are too."
The program has two parts--the Campus Market Basket and the Grocery Market Basket.
The Campus Market Basket, available from all three campuses offers convenience store items, such as beverages, bagels, snacks, fruits and paper supplies.
The Grocery Market Basket is operated from the Perkins Student Center Commissary and offers grocery items, such as party foods, picnic options and various products by the case.
The Market Basket Program is designed to be customer-friendly. Customers place orders with three days' notice by phone or e-mail. Orders are then assembled, boxed and ready for pick-up. For added convenience, a 15-minute parking space is available in the Perkins Student Center parking lot for customers to pick up their Grocery Market Basket orders.
