The New Student Orientation office is accepting applications for orientation assistants to work during the summer 1999 NSO program. The office is seeking a dynamic and diverse group of UD undergraduates who are interested in helping new students and parents learn about UD.
Campus involvement, leadership, pride in the University, effective public speaking and customer service skills are a plus.
Full-time positions pay $6 an hour and are available weekdays from June 10-July 21, except July 5.
Free parking and lunch are provided during the 21 days of New Student Orientation-from June 22-July 21. Supplemental employment in early June and August is also an option.
On-campus housing can be arranged at the student's expense.
Applications are available in 116 Hullihen Hall or in the Visitors Center at 196 South College Ave. The deadline is March 5.
