The annual Residence Life Resident Assistant Training Resource Fair was held
in late August. Nearly 30 University departments participated, talking to RAs and
providing information to help students become aware of UD resources that are
available to students. There are 170 RAs on staff this year. Training sessions
held throughout the week included information on conflict mediation, helping
skills, policy enforcement, technology training and how to plan and present programs.
