Current Contents/document delivery

Current Contents, available via Library Networked Databases, is one of the largest, most substantial and up-to-date multidisciplinary databases in the world. Current Contents covers 1997 to the current year and contains searchable references and abstracts for over 7,000 journals in all subject disciplines. Current Contents/TOC (table of contents) contains all the Current Contents references and abstracts from January 1997 on, and can display the information in table of contents format for each of the issues of the 7,000 journals published from January 1, 1997 to the current week.

The abstracts for articles from Current Contents/TOC are linked to the tables of contents.

The Library also offers a document delivery service tied to the Current Contents/TOC (table of contents) database.

All articles published in journals for which subscriptions were not renewed by the Library, beginning January 1997, have an order button on the reference record in Current Contents/TOC.

UD faculty and professional staff ordering these articles online will obtain them within two or three days from a commercial delivery service.

Other University users may also order these articles through interlibrary loan, which will expedite the request via the fastest mechanism available.

The Library funds all costs for this service.
