Work at Disney Recruiters from Walt Disney World will be on campus Feb. 25 to present a program about the entertainment resort's World College Program. Census employment The upcoming 2000 census will provide opportunities for temporary, short-term positions lasting six weeks. Employees will work approximately 30 hours per week on a flexible time schedule and earn $10.50 per hour. Bookstore hours Back-to-school hours at the University Bookstore in the Perkins Student Center are 8 a.m-7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 11; 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Friday, Feb. 12; noon-4 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 13; closed, Sunday, Feb. 14; 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Monday-Thursday, Feb. 15-18; and 8 a.m-6 p.m., Friday, Feb. 19.Regular hours resume at the University Bookstore on Sunday, Feb. 20. Normal operating hours for the University Bookstore are 8 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday; noon-4 p.m., Saturday; and closed Sunday.

Vita Nova dining Vita Nova, the student-operated restaurant of the University's Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, is now open for lunch and it will reopen for dinner on Wednesday, Feb. 17.The lunch buffet is served from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Monday through Friday, and dinners are served Wednesday through Friday nights.

Hoerl award The Delaware Chapter of the American Statistical Association is conducting its fourth annual Arthur E. Hoerl Meritorious Student Paper award. A cash prize will be awarded to a graduate student in the state of Delaware who submits the best paper on an interesting application of existing or new statistical methods or the development of a new method.Submissions should not exceed 15 pages, double spaced. Four copies must be received by the chairperson of the Hoerl Awards Committee, by 4 p.m., Wednesday, March 31.
