Vita Nova, the student-operated restaurant of the University's Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, is reopening for lunch on Tuesday, Feb. 9, and for dinner on Wednesday, Feb. 17.
The lunch buffet is served from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Monday through Friday, and dinners are served Wednesday through Friday nights.
