Kent St. Pierre takes aim.

Six UD basketball fans-who all work at the University-took to the court at halftime for a shooting contest called "Knockout" Nov. 23 during University Community Day at the men's basketball contest against Rider University.

Participants included Kate Pohlig, athletics; Kathleen Troutman, Information Technologies/University Media Services; Jack Townsend, Career Services Center; Kent St. Pierre, Arthur Andersen Alumni Professor of Accounting; Kathleen Houghton, University development; and Michael Vaughan, RISE, College of Engineering.

The Hens beat visiting Rider 78-68. The next University Community Day will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, Dec. 7, when the women's team plays Navy. Bargain-priced tickets at $1 each will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis to members of the UD community.
