In addition, a superstretch program will demonstrate proper stretching techniques for every part of the body from head to toe.

A Wellness team member can bring this program to the worksite or provide it at the EFC. Fitness assessments can also be delivered at the worksite or at the EFC. These include resting heart rate and blood pressure measurements, body composition analysis, aerobic capacity and more.
