Imagine all 240 members of the Pride of Delaware, the Fightin' Blue Hens Marching Band, performing inside Mitchell Hall and you'll have some idea of the spectacle created by the grand finale of Calliope II.
The second annual performance by all UD instrumental and choral groups-some 400 student musicians in all-is scheduled for 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 5. The fast-paced, high-spirited evening of music is performed in a unique merry-go-round style with performances from the balcony, floor and stage of Mitchell Hall.
Tickets for the sound sensation are $5 for students, $10 for UD faculty, staff, alumni and senior citizens and $15 for adults and may be purchased at UD box offices in the Trabant University Center and the Bob Carpenter Center.
