Fund raiser Sept. 7 for former student

A drawing will be held on Saturday, Sept. 7, between 5-7 p.m., at the Big Kahuna in Wilmington for a Porsche Boxster. The automobile raffle is being held to raise money for Michelle Baybnes, a former UD student who was injured in an accident and is now a quadraplegic.

Chances for the automobile are $50 each. The Winner automotive group and the Big Kahuna are sponsoring the event. All proceeds from the raffle will go to the Michelle Baynes Trust Fund to help build a handicapped accessible home for the injured woman.
