The University will open its new Downtown Center this fall at 8th and King Streets in Wilmington. Designed to make education more accessible to working adults, the center is especially convenient for those who are already working in the city. The center is located close to parking facilities and is only two blocks from DART's main transfer center for those who use public transportation.
A special feature of the credit courses offered in the Downtown Center will be an accelerated semester. Courses will meet in the early evening, twice a week, for just seven weeks.
The accelerated schedule will help adult students get a jump start on their education. New degree opportunities also will be available.
