Comedian Carrot Top brings 'Peace & Carrots Tour' to UD

Comedian Carrot Top will bring his "Peace and Carrots Tour" to the Bob Carpenter Center at 8 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, and the first 1,000 tickets will be available at a special rate to UD students beginning at 10 a.m., today. Public tickets go on sale beginning on Friday, April 3.

For UD students with ID, tickets are available at $16.50, with a limit of four tickets per ID.

Tickets for the public will be $25 and $22.50.

Carrot Top tickets will be on sale at the Bob Carpenter Center and Trabant University Center box offices.

Carrot Top, who performs at approximately 200 campuses each year, has described his stage act as a combination of the observational humor of George Carlin, the dark humor of Steven Wright and the props of Gallagher. He has appeared frequently on television, including on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Regis & Kathie Lee.

The April 28 concert is sponsored by New Park.
