Sid Payne (left) of New Park Entertainment, and Domenick Sicilia, Bob Carpenter Center, celebrate the signing of a contract Tuesday. New Park, which has extensive background and proven expertise in the entertainment industry, will identify, book and promote concert events at the BCC. Their shows so far at the center have included Live, Indigo Girls and Counting Crows.
