Explore web sites during lunch at the library

Finding information on birding, films, music, health and volunteer opportunities on the World Wide Web is the topic of five lunchtime lectures being sponsored by the University of Delaware Library.

The library's Spring 1998 Library Lunch Series, "A Virtual Buffet," includes five brown-bag presentations, highlighting electronic resources available at the library.

All of the public lectures will be held from 12:10-12:50 p.m. on Tuesdays through April 28 in the Class of 1941 Lecture Room, in the Morris Library.

The sessions are free and open to the public. Reservations are not necessary, but participants may bring lunch to the sessions.

Remaining dates and topics include:

"Film Studies on the Web," March 17- This session will explore selected web sites that provide information about actors, directors, film schools, foreign films, festivals and American films and videos.
