A 23-year-old non-student was sunbathing on the grass Monday afternoon at approximately 2:15 near the Christiana Towers residential parking lot (#6) on the Laird Campus when she was approached by a man who spoke to her briefly and then grabbed her. The suspect fled on foot when the victim screamed.
He is described as a white male in his early 20s, 6'1" tall, with a thin-to-medium build, neatly dressed in a white, button-down shirt, a tan-colored tie and khaki trousers. Anyone with information is asked to call UD Police at 831-2222. A composite sketch of the suspect appears on UDTV-2.
