Caring and sharing at UD

The University is participating in the United Way of Delaware's sixth annual Days of Caring program.

Members of the University community are invited to volunteer their services to a United Way agency. Last year, almost 4,000 volunteers from 43 companies extended a helping hand to 77 United Way of Delaware member and affiliated agencies.

Days of Caring will be conducted from Sept. 8-30. Volunteers are needed to complete various projects, such as reading to children, serving hot and nutritious meals to people with low-incomes, collecting products for daycares, helping repair buildings and cleaning exteriors.
