The Commission on the Status of Women and the Office of Women's Affairs have announcd deadlines for matching funds for awards.
The travel awards require a departmental match and are available to women-who are studying or researching any discipline-or to men whose research involves women. The awards are given to support travel to present scholarly papers or participate in panel discussions at a conference or comparable activity.
The deadline for applications is April 1.
The Visiting Women's Scholars Fund is a matching fund designed to assist departments in bringing women scholars to campus. Since there is a rolling deadline for the Visiting Women's Scholars Fund, each application is evaluated when it is received.
