Hens advance in playoffs

The Blue Hens beat Hofstra University 24-14 in Delaware Stadium Nov. 29 in the first round of the NCAA Division I-AA playoffs, and now advance to the quarterfinal round. The Hens will host the Georgia Southern Eagles (10-2) at noon, Saturday, Dec. 6, in Delaware Stadium.

Fans can purchase tickets at the Bob Carpenter Center Box Office from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through Friday, Dec. 5. The winner of this week's match will advance to the tournament semifinals on Dec. 13.
