Nearly 50 college students from across Delaware were visited by Delaware Gov. Thomas R. Carper on Aug. 21 during training sessions about conflict resolution and mentoring held at Camp Arrowhead near Rehoboth Beach. The students are part of the First State Mentor Corps (FSMC), a cooperative, statewide project directed by Lisa Diller at the University in Newark, with hubs at Delaware State University in Dover and Delaware Technical and Community College in Georgetown.
