Blue & Gold Club Manager Carl Georigi
Carl Georigi has been manager of the Blue & Gold Club since
1994. His years of experience in the food management industry
include positions at Circles Restaurant-a Hyatt Hotel property in
Cherry Hill, N.J., that was named "one of the best in the tri-
state area" by Philadelphia Magazine. From 1990-92, he was
general manager of Philadelphia's Sfuzzi Restaurant, and, from
1992-94, he was general manager of Cafe Bellissimo in Wilmington.
Georigi was interviewed on the occasion of the Blue & Gold Club's
25th anniversary.
