American Institute of Professional Geologists' Honorary
Membership Award, Oct. 11, for his "exemplary record of
distinguished service to the profession and to the institute."

     Ivo Dominguez, foreign languages and literatures, received a
certificate of appreciation for his outstanding contribution to
the community from Wilmington Mayor James H. Sills Jr.
