Debate scheduled

     Third Millennium, a non-partisan youth advocacy
organization, will host a U.S. Senate debate on economic issues
important to young voters from 5:30-7 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 24, at
the Big Kahuna's Conference Center, 500 South Madison St., in
Wilmington.
     U.S. Sen. Joseph Biden and his challengers, Republican Ray
Clatworthy and Libertarian Mark Jones, have been invited to
participate.
