Substance abuse awareness for commercial drivers, supervisors

Substance abuse awareness training is required for all
employees holding a commercial driver's license (CDL), and for
anyone who wishes to be eligible for temporary positions that
require a CDL and who operate a commercial motor vehicle as
defined by Delaware's Division of Motor Vehicles.
Commercial vehicles are those that exceed 26,000 pounds or
are designed to transport 16 or more passengers, including the
driver. In addition, drivers who operate a vehicle transporting
hazardous materials that require a placard must participate in
substance abuse awareness training, annually.
