Clean up e-mail inboxes
If you regularly leave e-mail messages in your INBOX, you may make it impossible for ANYONE to receive mail and your inbox may be removed.
Why? Because space for e-mail is a shared resource. When that shared space is full, large inboxes must be removed to make space to process the e-mail of other users.
To avoid these problems, always delete or save each mail message after you read it. Save it to the read-mail folder or to specific folders that you create. This will ensure that mail can be delivered to everyone and that you will not lose your inbox.
