Robbery alert

A robbery occurred on campus Tuesday at about 6:30 p.m. in the Rust Ice Arena's Snack Bar. The suspect, who gave a note demanding money and threatening that he had a weapon, is described as a black male, 5'5" tall, in his early 20s and of medium build. He was wearing a black baseball cap with "NY" in white, a dark shirt with "Atlanta Olympics" in white and dark pants.

The suspect was last seen on foot heading south on South College Avenue. Anyone with information is asked to contact University Police at 831-2222.
