Strong communication and teaching/training skills and a desire to work with university students. Establish and be accountable for a yearly operational budget from which this cla ss will be funded. In addition to these educational responsibilities, responsible for coordinating the food principles students in the production of various food items as determined by the executive chef. Additional duties include the breaking down and re stocking of a lunch buffet served daily in the facility's 65-seat, fine dining restaurant, assist in the supervision of any students in the facility, participate in video productions in the facility's satellite television studio and assist the facility's management team as needed while other classes are in session.
