Box office hours
Summer hours for the Bob Carpenter Center Box Office
are 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Mondays-Fridays, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m.,
Saturdays.
The Trabant University Center Box Office will be open
from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Mondays-Fridays, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m.,
Saturdays, during June. In July, the hours will be 10 a.m.-3
p.m., Mondays-Saturdays. August hours will be announced
later.
Summer fitness
The Employee Fitness Center will operate from 6 a.m.-3
p.m, Mondays through Fridays, during the month of June.
Since the Carpenter Sports Building closes at 6 p.m. in the
summer, employees also may use the center from 3-6 p.m. on
these days.
The operating hours for July and August will be based
upon usage during the month of June and past summers.
Library hours
Morris Library summer hours are 8 a.m.-9 p.m., Mondays-
Thursdays; 8 a.m.-5 p.m., Fridays; and 1-5 p.m., Saturdays
and Sundays.
Special Collections and Exhibition Gallery hours are 9
a.m.-5 p.m., Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and
9 a.m.-8 p.m., Tuesdays.
Vita Nova
Vita Nova is closed for the summer. Normal luncheon
buffet hours, 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., Mondays-Fridays, will
resume on Wednesday Sept. 3. Normal dinner hours, 5:30 p.m.-
9 p.m., Wednesdays-Fridays, will resume on Wednesday, Sept.
10.
Open house
The University's new program of courses for the fall
semester in Middletown will be explained at an open house
from 6-8 p.m., Tuesday, June 17, at Middletown High School,
120 Silver Lake Rd., off of Route 299.
UD representatives will provide tours and information.
There also will be a prize drawing for a $50 gift
certificate good for UD tuition, UD home football tickets,
mugs and T-shirts.

Lot closings
Facilities Management is repaving the east campus
visitors lot and the North College parking lot. The projects
will last until approximately mid-July, during which time
the parking lots will be closed.
The western portion of the North College lot is open
for use, but access is limited to the entrance/exit off
Cleveland Avenue and through the Ed Fine parking lot.

RA needed
One male resident assistant is needed for the
Governor's School for Excellence since there are quite a few
more male students this year than previously. Applicants
must be at least UD sophomores and have been an RA or in a
leadership role on campus.
Previous experience leading groups in similar
residential setting, and with age groups of students under
16, such as summer camps, also is required.
Selected person must attend a training session from 10
a.m.-2 p.m., Saturday, June 19, and must attend the entire
week of the program-from 10 a.m.-2 p.m., July 20-26.
Compensation is $385/week, plus room/board and tickets
for field trips.

Summer softball
Coed teams are still begin registered for summer
softball. Games begin the week of June 16. Call 831-6712 for
