Board meeting
     The University's Board of Trustees will hold its
semiannual meeting at 3 p.m., Tuesday, May 27, in the
Multipurpose Room of the Trabant University Center.
     
Summer softball
     Registration for intramural summer softball will be
accepted from May 27-June 6. The season will begin the week
of June 9.
     For a registration form, visit or call the Intramural
Programs Office, 102 Carpenter Sports Building at 831-6712.

Garage hours
     The Main Street parking garage will be open from 5:30
a.m.-11 p.m., Friday, May 30; 7 a.m.-8 p.m., Saturday, May
31 (Commencement Day); closed, Sunday, June 1; and open 7
a.m.-11 p.m., Monday,      June 2.
     
Ushers needed
     Ushers are needed to assist graduates, parents and
guests to their seats and to distribute programs during
Commencement, on Saturday, May 31.
     Ushers are not required to wear academic regalia and
will be needed from approximately 7-11 a.m.

Lap swimming
     Recreation and Intramural Programs will be offering lap
swimming this summer in the Harry Rawstrom Pool of the
Carpenter Sports Building, Mondays-Fridays, June 2-Aug. 29.
     Those interested must be eligible to use the Carpenter
Sports Building facilities, complete the membership form,
pay $50 per person fee and submit the form to the Recreation
Office, Room 101 Carpenter Sports Building by May 30th.
     Since this program must be supported through fees
collected, the hours of the lap swim will depend on the
number of memberships sold.

CPR classes
     The Department of Occupational Health and Safety is
offering a number of CPR classes for beginners and for
health professionals.
     CPR for Bystanders, which will focus on adult,
pediatric and infant CPR and choking, will be presented from
6-9 p.m., Aug. 12, Oct. 14, Dec. 2, Feb. 17, April 2 and
June 16, in Room 130 General Services Building.
     Prepayment of $18 per person is required.
     CPR for the Health Care Professional is scheduled from
9 a.m.-3 p.m., July 12, Sept. 13, Nov. 15, Jan. 10, March 14
and May 2, in Room 130 General Services Building.
     Prepayment of $21 per person is required.

Hall closings
     All students must vacate residence halls by 10 p.m.,
Friday, May 30, with the exception of those students who are
both scheduled for a final examination during the evening of
May 30 and who have registered with their hall director.
     Graduating seniors and other students working at
Commencement and who reside on campus may stay in their
rooms until 5 p.m., Saturday, May 31, providing they
register with their hall director.
     Faculty members who are conducting the last final exams
should refer questions pertaining to residence hall closings
to hall directors.
     
Library hours
     Morris Library hours through May 29, are 8 a.m.-
midnight, Mondays through Thursdays; 8 a.m.-10 p.m.,
Fridays; 9 a.m.-10 p.m., Saturdays; and 11 a.m.- midnight,
Sundays.
     Special Collections and Exhibition Gallery hours are 9
a.m.-5 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays through Fridays, and 9
a.m.-8 p.m., Tuesdays.
