                    Nominate an outstanding alumnus
     
     Alumni, staff and friends of the University are
encouraged to submit nominations for the 1997 Presidential
Citation for Outstanding Achievement Award and the 1997
Outstanding Alumni Award.
     The Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement
honors graduates of the last 20 years who exhibit great
promise in their professional or public service activities.
     The Outstanding Alumni Awards are presented annually in
recognition of exceptional volunteer work on behalf of the
University and/or the Alumni Association. Selection is made
by the Alumni Association Awards Committee.
     The deadline for nominations is Friday, Aug. 15.
University employees are not eligible for consideration.
