                     Flexible Benefits enrollment
                                   
     The Flexible Benefits enrollment period continues
through May 16. During this time, employees may change their
medical, dental, life or disability insurance coverage, as
well as enroll in a health care or dependent care Flexible
Spending Account (FSA).
     During the enrollment period, employees may call FLEX
BY PHONE at 831-3331 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
(including weekends).
     Please note, however, that FLEX BY PHONE will only be
available until 6 p.m. on May 8 (Thursday), so that biweekly
and semi-monthly payrolls can be run.
