Lecture on male, female brains

     Darcy B. Kelley, professor of biological sciences at
Columbia University, will present a free, public lecture
entitled, "Generating Male and Female Brains," at 8 p.m., Monday,
Sept. 30 in 100 Wolf Hall.
     Kelley's research and writing deal with the basis of
differences between the sexes from molecular or mechanistic and
evolutionary viewpoints. She has received numerous awards and was
editor of the Journal of Neurobiology.
     Kelley's program at UD is sponsored by Phi Beta Kappa and
the departments of Biology and Psychology and the Neuroscience
Program.
