                            Singing sisters
                                   
     Sweethearts of the Rodeo, sisters Janice Gill (left)
and Kristine Arnold, will open tonight's 8 p.m. concert by
the Statler Brothers at the Bob Carpenter Center. After a
string of mainstream country hits in the '80s, the sisters
resurfaced recently with a return to their roots, performing
songs they had been singing for 20 years or more. Their most
recent recording, Beautiful Lies, is being called their best
