                     Breakfast on the go

Aliya Roberson is among the members of the campus chapter of
the National Society of Minorities in Hospitality (NSMH) who
staff a coffee cart each weekday morning at the Perkins
Student Center. Dining Services sets up the cart and donates
the beverages, fruit, muffins, bagels and other snacks. The
proceeds will be used to help send the organization's
members to a national NSMH conference in Houston next year.
Dana Herbert, a junior in the College of Human Resources,
serves as the organization's president.
