                    Reciprocal borrowing available

The University of Delaware Library participates in the
Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program, which allows faculty
at participating institutions to borrow books and have
access to the collections at some of America's most
important research libraries.
More than 180 institutions participate in the program,
sponsored by UD along with other members of the Association
of Research Libraries, which are online to OCLC-the Online
Computer Library Center in Dublin, Ohio.
Materials may be used on the premises of the owning
library or may be borrowed, depending upon the policies of
the lending library.
Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Cards are issued for a
period of one year, are not transferable and are available
only to full-time, continuing UD faculty members.
A brochure, with a list of current institutions that
provide borrowing privileges, is available.
Faculty interested in obtaining a brochure and program
card should contact Joan McManus, telephone 831-2231 or e-
mail at Joan.McManus@mvs.udel.edu
