                  Student receives thanks for honesty
     Sophomore Chris Cupo found the wallet of a campus
visitor and insured its retrun. For his honesty, the
University received a letter of thanks.
     "My hat is off to Chris and the University of
Delaware," wrote Cathy O'Hagan, whose daughter Alison, a
student at Lehigh University, lost her wallet while visiting
friends at UD. Cupo called Cathy O'Hagan and gave the wallet
to Alison's friends, who later returned it to her. Thanks to
Cupo's "honesty and integrity," O'Hagan wrote, Alison was
spared "quite a few tedious tasks" replacing the wallet's
contents.
