                    Hillel talk set Sunday, Feb. 23

  Stephen Flatow, whose 20-year-old daughter died as the
result of a terrorist attack in Israel in 1995 while she was
an American student, will speak at the Abe and Pearl Kristol
Hillel Student Center on Sunday, Feb. 23.
  The program, sponsored by the Jewish Federation of
Delaware, begins at 11 a.m. and is free for Hillel student
members and $5 for guests.
