     Karl W. Boer, Distinguished Professor of Physics and Solar
     Energy, reappointed a member of the publication committee and
     award committee of International Solar Energy Society and
     appointed organizing member of the board, international meeting
     center of the Science and Industry Park Berling Adlershof
     (WISTA).

     T. Gregory Lynch, continuing education, was elected secretary of
     National University Continuing Education Association, Region Two,
     which consists of 305 professionals from 54 postsecondary
     educational institutions.

     Christine Cannon, nursing, was elected to the National Council of
     the American Lung Association and appointed to the National
     Asthma strategic planning commitee. She is a national
     representative of the American Lung Association of Delaware.

     Carol Kerrigan Moore, nursing, was appointed to the professional
     advisory board, Children's Beach House.

     Catherine Wojewodski, library, appointed chairperson of the New
     Castle Library Advisory and Review Board.

     Gary H. Stokes, billing and collection, has been awarded the
     professional insurance designation Chartered Property Casualty
     Underwriter (CPCU) by the American Institute for CPCU, an
     independent, nonprofit educational organization of the Insurance
     Institute of America.
