End of summer

     Matthew Dallago, 9, of Wilmington enjoys his summer vacation in
the University Outdoor Pool, but this weekend, the campus scene
changes as students and faculty return for the start of the fall
semester. The pool will close to the public at 7 p.m. on Labor Day.
Lap swimming for faculty, staff and students will continue from noon-1
p.m., Mondays through Fridays, until the Carpenter Sports Building
pool is renovated.
