UD preview

     Six Summer 1996 Delaware Preview Days for high school students
and their parents attracted approximately 6,000 visitors, according to
coordinator Harriet Saxton, admissions. The preview days, held at the
Bob Carpenter Center, included greetings from President David P.
Roselle and Associate Provost N. Bruce Walker, plus campus walking
tours and information tables with faculty, staff and students
representing colleges and student life. A housing and residence life
video was shown, and participants had an opportunity to "Test Drive
the Information Super Highway." Also featured was an admissions
presentation with a student/faculty panel, plus an optional Honors
Program presentation.
