UD properties available to rent

     Two University properties are available for rent to University
faculty and staff. Both have been upgraded recently with a new
kitchen, paint and carpeting.
     The properties are within walking distance of campus. A lease
arrangement is especially favorable to a new faculty or staff member
moving into the area, as a lease can be terminated if and when the
tenant purchases a home.
     The properties are:
        * 133 East Delaware Ave., furnished with three bedrooms and
          one bath, $820 per month, available Oct. 15.
        * 327 Wyoming Rd., unfurnished with three bedrooms and one
          bath, $700 per month, available Oct. 15.
