     Administrators and teachers representing 13 African nations go on-
line while attending class in the Summer Institute for English as a
Foreign Language. The program, now in its fourth year on campus and
sponsored by the United States Information Agency, focuses on teaching
methodology, according to ELI coordinator Grant Wolf. The 23
participants also sampled American culture, visiting New York and
Philadelphia and spending a weekend with a host family.
