Michael Middaugh new assistant v.p.

     Michael Middaugh's title has been changed from director to
assistant vice president for institutional research and planning,
effective Aug. 1.
     David E. Hollowell, executive vice president, said the change
reflects increased responsibilities assumed by Middaugh in recent
years, including conceptualizing and carrying out a national study of
instructional costs and productivity and substantial involvement in
enrollment management.
     Middaugh also is active in the Association for Institutional
Research and the Society for College and University Planning.
     He has been with the University since 1985.
