Campus voice

     Pamela Flockerzi has been named voice processing coordinator in
Institutional Technologies. A 14-year member of the UD staff,
Flockerzi now is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance
and administration of the campuswide voice processing system. In this
role, she will work with members of the campus community with
questions and problems related to the system and will coordinate
efforts for obtaining and implementing voice mail system upgrades. To
