Reduced B&G membership for employees for limited time

     Now all permanent University employees are eligible to join the
Blue & Gold Club for $10 and receive all the benefits of membership.
     The Blue & Gold Club is a members-only club, which offers
faculty, staff and alumni the opportunity to gather socially for
lunch, dinner, parties and receptions. It also serves as an elegant
meeting locale for professionals.
     The Board of Directors of the Blue & Gold Club and the University
administration have approved this new dues rate to bring a value-added
membership incentive to all permanent faculty and staff members.
     Along with the finest dining in Newark, sumptuous casual dining,
catering and meeting locations, members will receive access to:
        * Wine tasting dinners, pre-theatre dinners, theme nights,
        * Children's events, family nights,
        * Networking with colleagues,
        * An elegant, yet homey atmosphere,
        * Personal celebrations such as graduations, weddings,
          retirement parties
        * And much more.

     This is a trial offer; continuation of the program is dependent
upon employee use of the club.
     Additional information will be mailed to eligible faculty and
staff during the first week of July. Current faculty and staff members
will receive information with the July renewal dues statements.
