Administrative title changes announced
University President David P. Roselle announced three title
changes for members of his senior staff today.
At the request of Mel Schiavelli, his title will be provost. This
is a simplification of his title that has been listed in a variety of
ways, including University provost and provost and vice president for
academic affairs.
David Hollowell's title will be changed from senior vice
president to executive vice president, a title more consistent with
that assigned to persons with similar responsibilities at peer
institutions.
Maxine Colm, vice president for employee relations, will become
vice president for administration, in recognition of the wider range
of responsibilities that she has been assigned.
All three title changes are effective immediately, Roselle said.
