Health Insurance Premium Moratorium

The State of Delaware has announced a health insurance premium
moratorium for the month of May 1996. This means that University
employees will not have to pay for their health insurance during May.

The moratorium is possible because of favorable claims experience in
prior fiscal years. Employees who contribute to Basic, Comprehensive,
Principal Health Care, Staff Model HMO or Independent Practice
Association (Total Health Plus) will be exempt from making premium
contributions for the month of May only. The payrolls involved are:

     *  Semi-monthly - May 15 and May 31
     *  Bi-weekly - May 10 and May 24
