Insurance premium moratorium

     The state of Delaware has announced a health insurance premium
moratorium for the month of May 1996. University employees will not
have to pay for their health insurance during May.
     The moratorium is possible because of favorable claims experience
in prior fiscal years.
     Employees who contribute to Basic Comprehensive, Principal Health
Care, HMO or Total Health Plus will be exempt from making premium
contributions for the month of May only.
     The payrolls involved are May 15 and 31 for semi-monthly pays and
May 10 and 24 for bi-weekly pays.
