Attention: Corporate card holders!

     Automobile rental insurance is not an option covered
automatically by the American Express UD corporate card. The
University automatically covers short-term car rental for employees on
business trips.
     Employees should not pay for additional insurance offered by car
rental companies for business travel. However, if the trip is extended
for personal reasons, the University coverage ceases for that portion
of the trip.
     Insurance coverage from that point, including the option to
purchase additional insurance, becomes the personal responsibility of
the traveler.
     University Travel Services is managed by the Purchasing
Department.

currently available, or who have questions, concerns or need travel-
