Prime Rib Night
The Blue & Gold Club will feature a Prime Rib Night from 5-8
p.m., Thursday, March 7. Other entree selections will include turkey
breast, rice-stuffed chicken and linguine primavera.
The buffet is $14.95 for adults, $7.95 for children 5-11 and free
for children under 5.

Family concert
The Newark Symphony Orchestra will hold its first annual Family
Night at 7:30 p.m., Sunday, March 10, in the Loudis Recital Hall of
the Amy E. du Pont Music Building.
Tickets are available at the door at $10 for general admission,
$8 for senior citizens and $6 for students. Children and youth
accompanied by a parent will receive a $3 reduction on their tickets.

Alumni awards
The deadline is approaching for nominations for the Emalea Pusey
Warner and Alexander J. Taylor Jr. awards for the outstanding male and
female members of the senior class.
The awards, sponsored by the University of Delaware Alumni
Association, are given annually to two graduating seniors who
demonstrate leadership, character and citizenship. They must have a
3.0 cumulative index at the end of the fall 1995 semester.
The winners, announced at Honors Day, are each awarded a $1,000
U.S. Savings Bond and lead the alumni delegates in procession into
Delaware Stadium at Spring Commencement.
Applications are available in Alumni Hall, 24 East Main St.
Completed forms and recommendations are due by March 15.

Consumer credit
"How To Spend the Rest of Your Life-Now That You're on Your Own,"
a videotape on consumer credit for students and staff, will be shown
at 1:45 p.m. and 8:45 p.m., Thursday, March 14, on the SLTV program,
"What in the Hall!?" on Channel 49.
A follow-up discussion will be held at 8 p.m., Tuesday, March 19,
in Harrington A/B main lounge. John Gengler, educational director of
Consumer Credit Counseling Service, will provide additional
information about the importance of good credit and will answer
questions.
Orientation workers
The Office of Admissions is recruiting undergraduate students to
work as assistants during New Student Orientation this summer.
Applicants must be full-time undergraduates and have a minimum
2.0 grade point average. Application deadline is April 5.
