Smart shopping help during National Nutrition Month

     Learn about smart supermarket shopping the nutritional way and be
eligible for a drawing for a free lunch for two during National
Nutrition Month at Mirage, Lone Star, Constantinou's, T'Adelphia, Air
Transport Command or Michael's.
     Programs, sponsored by the Employee Wellness Center, on a special
label-reading system that's fun and easy, will be held with a center
staff nutritionist at the following times: noon-12:40 p.m., Friday,
March 8, Collins Room, Perkins Student Center; 12:45-1:25 p.m.,
Monday, March 11, Room 236, Alison Hall; and noon-1 p.m., Thursday,
March 21, Williamson Room, Perkins Student Center.
     The cost to participate is $10 Wellness Dollars or $10 cash. To
register and reserve space, call Ellen Lilley at 831-2937.
     To be eligible for the luncheon drawing, complete a nutrition
scavenger hunt quiz that will be distributed at the program. For those
who cannot attend the programs, a self-study packet on label reading
and the quiz is available for $10 Wellness Dollars by calling Lilley
at 831-2937.
     A nutrition program for 10 or more employees at their worksite
can be arranged by calling Marianne Carter at 831-1109.
     The cost is $10 Wellness Dollars each, and is free for the
organizer.
